What happens next
  1. 01
    You send the inquiry

    One form, a couple of minutes. Your date, the kind of shoot, and what you're picturing. If you built a quote above, it travels with you, so you're not filling it in twice.

  2. 02
    We hop on a call

    Usually about half an hour. You walk me through the day, I answer whatever's still open, and we settle on what the coverage actually needs to be.

  3. 03
    Contract and invoice

    If it's a yes, I send the agreement and the first invoice together. Signing and paying the retainer is what secures the booking, and until that's done the date stays open to anyone.

Your portal

Your own private page, and it's where the shoot lives once we start: the inspiration board, the details and files you want me to have, our messages, the agreement and the invoices. Anything you need me to see goes there instead of into an email thread, so it's on hand when I'm working on your day.

What you see is what you pay

When your inquiry arrives I fill in this same form from your answers. The quote you get back is this calculator's number, not a second one, so it matches what you saw here as long as what you entered matches the day.

Five things are settled with you directly, because a form has no way to judge them.

Travel
Mileage inside the region is already in the number. A drive well past that is not.
Gap hours
The idle stretch between a ceremony and a reception is its own conversation.
Intensity
The cinematic ones, where the plan involves getting into the water.
Aerial
Drone coverage is priced on its own terms.
The unusual
Permits, difficult access, a venue that runs by its own rules.

Off-peak weekday minimums, tax included, before travel and add-ons. Weekends, holidays and the busy months carry more, longer coverage costs less per hour, and a smaller guest list or a non-profit rate can come in under these.
